• Standard Service.  we will come to your house and fix any issues that are possible to fix at your home, remove virus and spyware, speed up your pc or fix any internet connection or wifi issues £40. Sometimes a computer will need working on at our work shop usually due the length of time required to fix the problem or access to tools which are only available at the workshop at a cost of £5 extra. If the computer requires a re-install then the Standard Service will need to be upgraded to the Re-Install service but you only pay for the Re-Install service. Within Service Area

• Backup service. we will come to your house and back up your important files for you onto CD or DVD. Cost is just £30 and the DVD or CD is included. Within Service Area

• MOT service. we will collect your PC correct any problems, install an optional Virus and Spyware solution, update and protect against possible problems and clean your PC inside and out. Your PC will then be returned to you costing just £45 Per MOT. You will also be given 1 years support for just £35 per call out per fix with a no fix no fee guaranty (subject to terms and conditions). We use the AVG free products for the optional Virus and Spyware solution. • RE-Install service. we will collect your PC, backup any pictures, music, documents and files you want to keep. Backup your outlook email and address book and also backup your internet favourites. We will then re-install windows and any updates, restore your files and install any programs you have disks for. Optional Virus and Spyware solution is also included and your PC will be dust free inside and out on return costing £50. We use the AVG free products for the optional Virus and Spyware solution.
